When contacting the office during business hours you may get the answering machine/service however when we get back after the day’s work we will return your call and get all the information needed to provide you a detailed estimate including pictures, generally delivered to you via email within a week. In some cases since we cover a large geographical area, it may be as many as three days before we get back with you. If this is the case my personal cell number will be available on the answering machine. In rare cases to expedite the estimate, we may ask for dimensions over the phone or request a picture be emailed to us in order to assess and accurately estimate the job.
Once the estimate has been approved we will schedule your job. In most cases you do not need to be on site unless it is an interior job. After the job has been completed you will be sent an invoice via email or in the mail with thirty days to pay unless other arrangements have been made. We happily accept your personal check or with a small fee, Visa and M/C.
