It streamlines everything from initial call to follow-up communication up to a year or more after the job is complete.
How will it work? As far as the client is concerned nothing will change until the job is completed. A few days after completion of the job we will send out an email making sure the customer is satisfied with the job, any questions or concerns will be promptly dealt with. Prior to the expiration of the warranty another email will be sent out reminding the customer of the warranty, along with its terms and conditions. If warranty work is needed an inspection will be made and the work scheduled.
