While no service and repair company does every job perfectly, as the most experienced Slabjack contractor we have instituted policies and procedures to minimize problems on the job. For example;
1) Our estimators are most often our production leaders. As a result they will almost always know what not to bid, what issues may come up with a particular job, how long to allow for a given job and what other services you may want to consider to prevent these same issues from happening to other concrete slabs on your property.
2) We have a professional and courteous appointment center staffed full time during normal business hours, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
3) We aren’t a “basement water proofing” company. We aren’t an “insulation” company. We don’t do “radon abatement” we raise settled concrete and we do it better than anyone else and to back it up we offer a limited five year warranty. Most of our competitors offer one year only.
