Cracks in concrete are a common frustration. If the crack has a differential in height then concrete leveling needs to be done prior to the repair of the crack. Geo-polymer injection slabjacking can often immobilize the crack which greatly extends the life of a concrete crack repair.
Once level, cracks can either be repaired or filled with flexible caulking.
Repairs are generally made with epoxy injection (exterior) or polyurethane injection (interior) Both are two part systems with silica sand used as a filler. Once repaired the surface can be stained, covered or left as is.

Slabjack Geotechnical uses commercial grade silicone concrete caulk.
The advantages over the more common polyurethane products on the market such as Sikiflex, Quickrete and Masterseal brands are; better adhesion, much greater flexibility, UV stable and it won't harden over time like those other caulks.

Wood Expansion Joints, installed at time concrete was originally poured to better control surface cracks, will eventually deteriorate and rot, allowing water to penetrate under the slabs causing settling, sinking and other damage(s) if not repaired.
The professionals at Slabjack Geotechnical are ready to Replace your Expansion Joints and do any Raising and Leveling that might have occurred.
