When calling the office you will speak with one of our experienced office staff and they will gather information from you and help set up an estimate from one of our estimators in your area.

Since we service all of Washington and Northern Idaho we have estimators located in different service areas and we will add you to the que for estimates in that area. Once we have a day and time on which city our estimator will be in we will give you a call to set up a day and time for you to complete your estimate.

Once we arrive to do your estimate, our estimator will have you walk him around and show him the areas of concern. Our estimator will take pictures, measurements and tap around on the concrete to check for voids. He will go over everything with you after he is complete and then will send your estimate to generally your e-mail or the office can mail you a hard copy.

Once the estimate has been approved we will schedule your job. In most cases you do not need to be on site unless it is an interior job. Although, we do love when you are there for the completed work so you can see the whole process. After the job has been completed you will be sent an invoice via email or in the mail. We happily accept your personal check or Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Most jobs are done in a couple of hours and the walk is available for immediate use. No waiting for forms, concrete and curing. Having Drainage Issues?-Slabjack Geotechnical

A big part of eliminating settled concrete is to plan your drainage system. Addressing runoff will pay dividends for years to come not only in reduced settling but in keeping your basement dry and foundation stable.

Some communities do not allow gutters to be directed into storm drains or into the municipal sewer system and therefore must be handled by French drains and simple sloping of top soils to direct runoff well away from structures.

Time spent planning where water will go and the amount anticipated is something your builder should do, if not have a conversation about getting water well away from any concrete walks, drives, porches, etc.

Time and planning spent here can save a significant amount of money and headache down the road.

If that didn’t happen and you are dealing with settled concrete give us a call, we can help.

Concrete Leveling in Washington

Curious about concrete leveling and void filling? When we come to your site we are bringing $100,000 worth of concrete leveling equipment, tools and material, along with the experience of our crew having raised thousands of settled concrete slabs.

As we arrive on the job site, the first thing we do is start the equipment and while the material warms, we determine the best location for the injection valves and drill 5/8″ holes at those locations. For very narrow slabs settled on their side, jacks may be used to position the slab prior to the lifting process.

To monitor the lift we use extremely sensitive gauges are used that measure 1000ths of an inch. This is important so we don’t over lift the slab. Those gauges are also critical when void filling where lift is not desired.

Once the lifting and/or void filling is complete the holes are patched with quick-setting mortar, tinted and colored, if necessary, to match your concrete and the job site is swept clean. When we leave, your are free to use your concrete. We use quick set mortar that is hard after about half an hour, but you will want to avoid direct water pressure for a day.

When you hire Slabjack Geotechnical to raise your settled concrete, you can rely on four things; Superior Technology, Superior Polymers, Superior Training, Superior Results.
