Though we stop raising concrete for a couple months each winter due to snow and freezing weather we like to keep ourselves busy.
One of the primary things we do each winter is freshen up the web site. We generally have several new videos to edit or post to the site along with many before and after pictures.
This year we are excited to finally have drop down menus which makes navigating the site that much easier. Eventually we will have a huge library of jobs we have done which will enable a potential customer with a settled porch for instance to go to “videos, porches” and they can watch several porches being raised or go to the before and after pictures for a quick overview. In the “services” tab on the drop down menu are descriptions of each service we offer and a little bit of information about the service.
Another feature is categorizing all the blog posts we have done, by the end of 2015 we will have over one hundred twenty covering everything from how to repair cracks in concrete to DIY concrete leveling, we even pontificate on why government contracts cost so much.
Another important thing we do is develop procedures to better serve our customers. With that in mind we have done two things this winter, first we joined the BBB. We feel that we already abide by the principles of this fine organization and want our customers, past, present and future to know that we are committed to superior products, service and follow up. Second, we have strengthened our limited warranty from one year to two full years and now include the warranty with the estimate. We have also conspicuously posted our warranty on our web site along with an easy to fill out warranty request form.
