Settled grain silos & bins

Occasionally a large grain silo begins to tip, with a huge investment on the line what should be done?

Geo-polymer slab lifting is an excellent option to correct the problem before catastrophic failure happens.

A series of small holes are drilled through the concrete slab and an expanding grout is pumped under the slab where it has settled. Exerting thousands of pounds of lifting force per square foot the polymer slowly lifts the slab and silo back to the proper grade.

This method is for slab on grade grain bins and silos, not “piered” foundations, those require additional repair to the piering system.
