Repairing concrete cracks

After searching high and low for a durable concrete crack repair material and being frustrated by mortars that flake out or flexible caulks that look poor, we have come across a modified two part polyurethane that performs extraordinarily well.

Originally developed for the Air Force it is now available to licensed contractors.

The material penetrates the concrete and essentially “welds” it back together. Any gap is filled with silica sand and saturated with more of the material and topped with concrete dust to blend with the surrounding concrete.

While this concrete crack repair system is not inexpensive, for certain slabs it may make sense to repair rather than replace.

Applications, where removal is difficult or cost prohibitive such as pool decks or garage and basement floors, are exactly where this system makes sense.

If you are facing a costly “rip and replace” prospect, consider 1-855-752-2522 for your concrete leveling and concrete crack repairing needs.
