Pool decks that have settled need to be repaired soon or major problems can result. In the photo above, a large gap has opened up allowing water to penetrate behind the pool wall. Over time this can have disastrous results as not only support for the deck is compromised but for the pool itself.

With the pool above, injections are made on the outer edge to raise the settled areas at which point a good quality pool caulking will need to be used to seal the pool to deck joint.

The old saying “pay me now or pay me later” really applies here, this job is under $600. Replacement about $1500 and delaying repair could be thousands.
